Cooking Comforts

Hi guys,

A little about me, I've been a fire fighter for nearly 12 years and it was here I started my culinary adventure, cooking homely foods for the other fire fighters whilst on kitchen duty.

I started taking my cooking seriously in about 2008 when I decided I wanted to know every individual element that was going into my food.

My main focus is on comfort food that everyone can enjoy,  however I do go outside my comfort zone on occasions with varied success, this ensures that I continue to develop my recipes and culinary skills.
